Resource Planner and Instructor 100% (m/f/d)

Scheduling of personnel, rooms, materials, and vehicles
as well as instruction in the field of adult education

Your area of responsibility:

• Creation and ongoing management of the annual course planning

• Weekly deployment planning including order monitoring and coordination with the instructors

• Professional leadership and appropriate briefing of the instructors

• Holiday and absence planning for all instructors

• Management of course materials, course and training rooms, as well as pool vehicles

• Support in the recruitment process of instructors

• Project management of external training places

• Conducting courses as needed and based on capacity

Your profile:

You can demonstrate experience in scheduling (personnel deployment planning) as well as solid practical experience in the logistics or transport industry. Your acquired basic competencies in the field of adult education are advantageous for implementation during the introductory phase. Therefore, if not already in your "backpack", you will complete the SVEB1 course and be trained internally as a SUVA audited Forklift Instructor. You also possess strong organizational skills, show initiative, and work independently and effectively. You are characterized by a high level of responsibility, flexibility, and resilience.
