Residential Group Leader 80-100%

We are looking for a group leader (80-100%) starting March 2026 or by arrangement

A diverse range of tasks awaits you in a residential group with 43 residents in medium to high care levels. As a group leader, you will be responsible for management tasks. A specialist responsible for ensuring care quality and all nursing matters will work hand in hand with you.

What you will do here:

• Together with the specialist responsible, you will lead the residential group: create deployment plans, organize team meetings, conduct employee discussions, maintain contacts with residents and relatives, among others.

• You will work in direct care

• You are part of the management team and assist with cross-departmental projects and events
