• Leadership and support of the train personnel in the assigned team and as a deputy in other teams of train personnel

• Completed vocational training with further education as a train attendant in ZSTEBV

• Further education in the field of leadership/management

• Good German and English skills (spoken/written)

• Experience with company-specific IT systems and software solutions (e.g., Trapeze, ELAZ, SAP)

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
