Starting immediately or by arrangement, we offer an internship position in the housing sector.

The residents are physically severely restricted. However, this does not prevent them from learning, working, celebrating, or traveling. Together, you move mountains and break barriers to live everyday life and dreams.

What we offer you

8 weeks of vacation per year

Part-time or full-time internship from 80%

Input on the work schedule

The internship is recognized by schools (HF/FH) for social pedagogy and social work as a preliminary internship or internship during training.

This means specifically:

• You plan and organize everyday and leisure activities with the residents

• You assist with everything they cannot do themselves due to physical limitations. From brushing teeth to tidying up rooms to mixing drinks

• You take on office work

• You are an active team member, as your opinion is valued

As an open person, you recognize the individual needs of the residents. With your humorous nature, you contribute to making work enjoyable. You support the team because you work independently and are willing to take on responsibility.
