For our Residential Group for Young Adults, we are looking for a Social Educator as soon as possible.

The residents have significant physical limitations. However, this does not prevent them from learning, working, celebrating, or traveling. And for that, they need you. As an employee, you enable them to live their daily lives and their dreams.

What you bring:

  • Completed training as a social educator (FH/HF)

  • Commitment and enthusiasm in caring for and supporting young adults

Your core tasks:

  • Case management for one to two residents in an interdisciplinary team

  • Basic and treatment care for the residents

  • Ensuring care and support quality by implementing the respective standards and guidelines

  • Accompanying and supporting residents in daily life, leisure, and travel

  • Active participation in the further development of the residential group

  • Practical guidance for interns, trainees, and students
