In one of our residential groups for adults, we are looking for a Nurse HF / FH by arrangement.

The residents are physically severely restricted. This does not prevent them from learning, working, celebrating, or traveling on vacation. And for that, they need you. As an employee, you enable them to live their everyday lives and their dreams.

What you bring:

  • Completed training as a nurse HF/FH (with SRK recognition for foreign diplomas)

  • Commitment and enthusiasm in the care and support of young adults

  • Psychological resilience, teamwork, and motivation for responsible and independent work

  • Patience, social competence, and flexibility

  • Practical experience with computer-assisted nursing documentation

Your core tasks:

  • Function as a nursing specialist with service responsibility in day shifts

  • Collaboration in the nursing team of the foundation (treatment care, training of non-specialist staff, cooperation with the foundation doctor)

  • Basic and treatment care of the residents

  • Ensuring care quality by implementing the respective standards and guidelines

  • Case management for one to two residents

  • Accompanying and supporting residents in daily life and leisure

  • Active participation in the further development of the residential group

  • Practical guidance of interns and trainees
