Health Professional - Hourly Wage 40%

At the Mathilde Escher Foundation, we work towards a world where people with Duchenne muscular dystrophy or other conditions that lead to similar limitations can live self-determined and autonomously. Our offerings in the areas of education, housing, therapy, leisure activities, and work are committed to this goal. Professionally skilled, self-responsible, and creative employees are our most important resource.

We are looking for Health Professionals (Hourly Wage) to establish an in-house pool of temporary staff starting immediately.

The residents of the Mathilde Escher Foundation have significant physical limitations. This does not prevent them from learning, working, celebrating, or traveling on vacation. And for that, they need you. As a health professional, you enable them to live their everyday lives and dreams.

What you can expect:

Appreciation
A versatile, meaningful, and demanding job with a lot of responsibility, competence, and creative space.
Welcome
A structured and individualized onboarding process
Team
A dedicated team in a very pleasant and appreciative working atmosphere
Growth
In-house and external training and development opportunities

What you bring:

  • Completed training as a health professional

  • Commitment and enthusiasm in caring for and supporting children, adolescents, and young adults

  • Psychological resilience, teamwork ability, and motivation for responsible and independent work

  • Patience, social competence, and flexibility

Your core tasks:

  • Basic and treatment care of the residents

  • Ensuring care quality by implementing the respective standards and guidelines

  • Accompanying and supporting residents in their daily lives and leisure activities

Curious about an exciting and demanding job with a lot of responsibility and creative space? We look forward to your contact.
