In these interesting segments, we are looking for a
Technical Customer Service Representative (80-100%)
to strengthen our team in Hägendorf. We are seeking a dedicated individual who enjoys customer contact and supports sales with communication skills and reliability. In this position, you will take on an important interface role between our customers and internal order processing.
Your main tasks:
Processing orders via online shop, email, phone
Creating quotes, deliveries, and invoices
Clarifying and processing customer inquiries
Supporting the planning and execution of projects
Maintaining customer-related master data
Creating and coordinating production orders for manufacturing
Your profile:
Completed commercial training or similar
Professional experience in an industrial environment
Very good German and MS Office skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
Team-oriented, assertive, and resilient personality
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in customer consulting
