Sales Internal Service Construction (m/f)

Your mission:

In the sales internal service, you will independently create and track offers until successful completion, provide telephone support to our customers, and competently assist them and our external sales team with product and application questions. Additionally, you will ensure a smooth commercial order processing in collaboration with other departments and actively contribute to sales success.

What you will achieve:

  • Independent creation of offers and their consistent follow-up until the sales closure

  • Active sales support for application-related product questions – practical, solution-oriented, and customer-focused

  • Comprehensive order processing from entry to timely delivery

  • Telephone follow-up of offers with the aim of convincing customers and achieving closures

  • Telephone customer support with a focus on consulting and sales

What you bring:

  • Interest in construction sites and technical products used on-site

  • Desire to actively engage with customers and achieve sales closures

  • Enthusiasm for actively supporting sales and enjoyment of commercial work

  • Openness to familiarize yourself with new topics – you will learn everything else with us

  • Quick comprehension, initiative, and enjoyment of challenges

  • Friendly, communicative nature and no fear of the phone

  • Open-minded, reliable personality with a joy in dealing with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
