Project Manager Prefabrication (m/f)
Your mission:
As a Project Manager for Prefabrication, you are the central hub between planning, production, and the construction site. You plan and oversee demanding prefabrication projects from the sales closure to successful implementation. With your technical understanding, precision, and organizational talent, you ensure that quality, deadlines, and costs are always met.
What you will achieve:
Planning and designing prefabricated wall elements using CAD (Bausoft MegaCad)
Measuring and technical clarifications directly on the sites
Coordination and close collaboration with planners, installers, and internal partners
Responsibility for quality, deadlines, and costs of your projects
Processing and tracking of additional and reduced prices
What you bring:
Completed training as a sanitary installer or ideally as a building services planner
Experience in the project environment of building services
CAD knowledge or a passion to learn it
Structured, precise, and independent working style
High sense of responsibility and very good oral and written German skills
