Your Craft

• You will give fresh momentum to the Young Talents strategy of the Frutiger Group, further develop it, and bring it to life, especially in the area of vocational education, with clever ideas and effective measures.

• You are the central point of contact for everything related to our trainees and talent development, passionately ensuring top training quality and building a strong internal network for vocational trainers.

• You will drive the standardization and continuous development of our onboarding for trainees and Young Talents and actively participate in projects – from conceptual work to implementation.

• You will establish relevant key figures, maintain and analyze them with a keen eye, and ensure professional controlling in the area of Young Talents – turning data into clear decisions.

Your Foundation

• You have a degree at the level of HF/FH/BP or a comparable qualification (e.g., SVEB, EHB) and have furthered your education in the HR field – ideally in topics such as personnel development or educational management.

• You have several years of experience in vocational education and a deep insight into the Swiss education landscape, enabling you to strategically design and sustainably shape educational projects.

• You enjoy working independently, think along, and keep an overview even when things need to move quickly – ensuring that projects are implemented smoothly and efficiently.

• As a team player with heart and humor, you support others, remain reliable, and ensure that work and collaboration are enjoyable. This creates an environment where Young Talents can grow and thrive.

• You communicate confidently in French and support learners and employees from the Romandy region, ensuring seamless collaboration and exchange across language barriers.
