Deputy Group Leader (Social Educator HF/FH; Children/Youth Sector), 80%
Your tasks as Deputy Group Leader (10%)
Close collaboration with the group leader and representation of the group leader in their absence
Taking on delegated tasks in pedagogical leadership, personnel management (e.g., onboarding of staff, professional leadership), and administrative tasks (e.g., creating duty rosters)
Your tasks as a caregiver (70%)
Shared responsibility for individual support, care, and leisure activities
Support and guidance in collaboration with teachers and therapists
Your profile
Completed training as a Social Educator HF/FH
Professional competence in the disability sector combined with curiosity, patience, and joy in the work
Interest in specific challenges related to congenital hearing and vision disabilities and multiple sensory disabilities
Interest in working with clients from the autism spectrum
Passion for / interest in (Supported) Communication
Calm, empathetic, and resilient personality - even in unexpected situations
Practical and goal-oriented approach
Ability to set boundaries and a good sense of one's own work-life balance
Joy in interdisciplinary collaboration in a motivated team
