Deputy Group Leader (Social Educator HF/FH; Children/Youth Sector), 80%

Your tasks as Deputy Group Leader (10%)

• Close collaboration with the group leader and representation of the group leader in their absence

• Taking on delegated tasks in pedagogical leadership, personnel management (e.g., onboarding of staff, professional leadership), and administrative tasks (e.g., creating duty rosters)

Your tasks as a caregiver (70%)

• Shared responsibility for individual support, care, and leisure activities

• Support and guidance in collaboration with teachers and therapists

Your profile

• Completed training as a Social Educator HF/FH

• Professional competence in the disability sector combined with curiosity, patience, and joy in the work

• Interest in specific challenges related to congenital hearing and vision disabilities and multiple sensory disabilities

• Interest in working with clients from the autism spectrum

• Passion for / interest in (Supported) Communication

• Calm, empathetic, and resilient personality - even in unexpected situations

• Practical and goal-oriented approach

• Ability to set boundaries and a good sense of one's own work-life balance

• Joy in interdisciplinary collaboration in a motivated team
