Your Challenge

Preparation & Execution:

• Carpentry planning and preliminary services

• CNC programming

• Technical preliminary clarifications and material knowledge

• Regular contact with customers (discussing workflows)

• Monitoring and organizing work and architectural plans

• Quotations/offers related to the project with corresponding planning documents and detail sketches

• Discussion & coordination with subcontractors

• Work plan discussion with clients

Execution, Acceptance & Warranty:

• Preparation and organization of the construction accounting

• Point of contact for the client even after project completion

• Execution and planning of warranty services

Controlling:

• Employee hour control

• Supplier invoice control

• Project cost monitoring

• Quality control of carpentry products

• Quality controls of construction site executions

Reporting in PL meeting:

• Construction site deadlines

• Planning employees on construction sites

• Incorporating suggestions for improvement in carpentry production

• Assisting in strategic direction in carpentry

Your Competence

• Completed vocational training as a carpenter EFZ

• Further training as a project manager in carpentry FA, Dipl. Technician HF Wood Technology or equivalent

• Swiss all CAD knowledge is an advantage

• Independent & structured working style with a high quality awareness

• Outgoing personality with a joy in dealing with customers
