Health Professional (40 - 60 %) Evening Shift, Spitex
The Elderly and Care sector of the city of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services primarily for older people through Spitex and in the five senior centers. For the Spitex City of Winterthur, we are looking for a committed individual for the evening shift in the following area of responsibility:
Your Tasks
Care and support for our clients
Initiating care measures and evaluating them in collaboration with case managers
Maintaining care documentation and recording services
Contributing to the implementation of quality standards and care development
Your Profile
Qualification as a Health Professional EFZ or Care Professional EFZ with a specialization in elderly care. Additional training in treatment care is an advantage, preferably with Spitex experience
Shifts primarily in the evening
Independent and responsible working style
Proficient in using IT programs (MS Office, RAI-HC)
Mobile by bike and in possession of a driver's license
