What you will achieve in this role

• You will develop and lead a dedicated GA planning team in the area of MSRL/GA.

• With your independent project management - from the first offer preparation to the final billing and handover to the customer - you ensure the efficient, reliable, and timely implementation of all orders.

• You navigate your project team independently through all project phases and turn milestones into success stories.

• With a trained eye, you recognize the relevant details in tender applications (technical and commercial) and derive informed decisions.

• You create specifications, tender documents, and service descriptions for MSRL / GA systems as well as installations with precision to lay the perfect foundation for the smooth execution of projects.

• Through your professional and dedicated support of our customers, you create a trusting and sustainable relationship that paves the way for future projects.

These skills distinguish you

• Completed basic education ideally in the field of building technology (HVAC, automation) or comparable.

• Completed further education HF / FH in building technology in the field of MSRL / GA or comparable.

• At least three years of experience as a project manager in MSRL / GA planning.

• In-depth knowledge of applicable Swiss standards and regulations.

• Proficient use of the entire MS Office suite, good knowledge of CAD/CAE drawing programs, possibly BIM.

• Negotiation-safe in the German language and enjoyment in contact with people from different language regions. French skills are welcome but not a must.
