Training Coordinator Mason 40%

Your Area of Responsibility

In your role as Training Coordinator (40%), you will take on the professional and personal support of our apprentices in the field of Mason EFZ with a focus on structural and renovation work. You will plan and accompany practical training sequences on the construction site, specifically promote the professional and social development of the young professionals, and actively prepare them for the qualification process. Additionally, you will be in regular contact with vocational schools, parents, and authorities, ensuring a high-quality training according to the applicable BiVo.

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training as a Mason EFZ

  • Several years of professional experience in the main construction industry

  • Completed vocational trainer course (or willingness to complete it)

  • Enjoy working with young people and interest in training

  • Pedagogical skills and good communication abilities

  • Reliability, patience, and assertiveness

  • Ability to plan, accompany, and control training according to the educational plan

  • Willingness to collaborate with vocational schools, inter-company training centers, and parents

  • Good German language skills in spoken and written form
