The area of aging and care in the city of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services primarily for older people through Spitex and in the five senior centers.

For the Spitex City of Winterthur, we are looking for committed individuals to start immediately or by arrangement:

Your Tasks

• Care and case management of our clients

• Initiating care measures and evaluating them in collaboration with case managers

• Maintaining care documentation and recording services

• Contributing to the implementation of quality standards and care development

Your Profile

• Qualification as a Health Professional EFZ or Care Professional EFZ with a specialization in elderly care. Additional training in treatment care is an advantage, preferably with Spitex experience

• Flexibility for assignments in different services (day and evening)

• Independent and responsible working style

• Proficient in using IT programs (MS Office, RAI-HC)

• Mobile by bike and in possession of a driving license
