You can expect a diverse working environment where your commitment matters and your consulting skills are in demand. We are looking for a dedicated individual to strengthen our Central Contact Point (Intake) starting from March 1, 2026, or by agreement.

Your Tasks

• Independent conduct of registration interviews for economic and personal (asylum) social assistance

• Providing information and short consultations by phone and in person in various life situations

• Complete case documentation and record-keeping in the electronic client system KLIB until the case is handed over to social work

• Administrative tasks such as document checks, appointment scheduling, mail processing, and preparation of foundation applications

• Responsibility for the training and supervision of a commercial trainee

Your Profile

• Commercial training, supplemented by further education in the field of social insurance

• Professional experience in social assistance, social insurance, or a comparable consulting role

• High social competence, communication skills, and the ability to maintain an overview in hectic situations

• Confidence in dealing with people from diverse backgrounds and life situations
