Your Responsibilities

• You take over the local construction management and accompany your projects from the awarding of the contract or submission to the completion of the work. In doing so, you coordinate all contractors involved in the construction throughout the entire project duration.

• You plan and monitor deadlines, quality, and costs for the projects entrusted to you.

• You lead meetings with internal and external partners, including negotiations with contractors.

• You act as a competent point of contact for clients, architects, specialist planners, authorities, and craftsmen.

What Sets You Apart

• A completed training as a federal certified construction manager, certified technician HF in high-rise construction, or a comparable qualification.

• Several years of experience in managing complex high-rise construction projects in Switzerland.

• In-depth knowledge of SIA standards and confident handling of digital tools for work optimization.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, as well as a solution-oriented, responsible work style.

• You are intrinsically motivated to make a valuable contribution to our company's success with your commitment and expertise.
