Workplace: at customer sites/on the road/Home office. For meetings with the supervisor or the team, we meet at the headquarters in Dietikon.
Your Mission:
The sales specialist makes an important contribution to the success of the company. In this position, you have a lot of scope for action, personal responsibility, and work in an exciting and dynamic environment with plenty of sales potential & strong growth areas.
Your Contribution:
Active maintenance, retention, and expansion of the portfolio in the assigned sales region.
Preparation, planning, and execution of customer visits in collaboration with the Small Medium Business (SMB) team.
Preparation, execution, follow-up, and ensuring the tracking of visits and conducted commercial consulting actions.
Planning, organizing, and conducting presentations and/or training (internal and external).
Analysis of the development of demand in your area and tracking market opportunities in business development.
Your Skills and Achievements:
You enjoy sales, direct customer contact, and independent customer acquisition.
You have strong persuasive skills and good negotiation skills.
You have a completed technical education.
You ideally already have experience in selling PPE.
Personal responsibility, flexibility, and collaboration are not foreign concepts to you.
You have a valid driver's license and a willingness to travel of 60-80%.
You can communicate in Italian with our customers.
