Your mission:

The Inside Sales Specialist Safety (PSA) makes an important contribution to the success of the company. In this position, you have a lot of scope for action, personal responsibility, and work in an exciting and dynamic environment with a lot of sales potential & strong growth area.

Your contribution:

• Consultation on the PSA range to our Key Account Managers and area managers for all of Switzerland

• Calculating and creating offers

• Consultation on products according to customer-specific requirements

• Searching for alternative items

• Clarifying delivery dates

• Processing samples

• Contacting suppliers to obtain offers

• Product-specific complaint handling

• Administrative tasks and sales promotion measures

• Active participation in team meetings, as well as occasional customer accompaniment visits with the Key Account Manager and area managers

Your skills and achievements:

• You have completed training, ideally in a technical field

• You already have solid knowledge in the PSA area

• You have already gained experience in a similar position

• You speak German and French fluently.

• You enjoy organizational, administrative, and analytical tasks

• You have a strong ability to find solutions and are resilient

• Personal responsibility, flexibility, and collaboration are not foreign words to you
