SEEBURG offers a perspective

For over 30 years, we have been engaged as a social enterprise in the Bernese Oberland, employing around 180 staff. We support and promote young people and adults with cognitive and mental impairments. We offer various services to affected individuals.

For our residential area Birke/Linde in Wilderswil, with around 22 places in the long-term care sector for adults, we are looking for a cheerful and motivated person starting from March 1, 2026, or by agreement.

What you will do

• Support and promote individuals with mental and cognitive impairments in the residential area

• Practical daily and leisure support

• Key worker tasks / support planning

• Interdisciplinary collaboration

• Responsible and independent work

• Administrative tasks

What we expect from you

• Completed vocational training in Social Pedagogy HF / FH

• Professional experience in a similar environment

• Psychological resilience, flexibility, independence, sense of humor

• Driving license category B required
