For over 30 years, we have been committed as a social enterprise in the Bernese Oberland, employing around 180 staff. We support and promote young people and adults with cognitive and mental disabilities. We offer various services to affected individuals.

Within SEEBURG, the EICHE nursing and retirement home and the internal Spitex are organized as the nursing department, which together provides a comprehensive and holistic care and support structure for the residents.

For the responsible position of department head, we are looking for a dedicated leader who ensures and further develops the quality of care in both the nursing and retirement home and the internal Spitex.

What needs to be done

Spitex

• Implementation of the strategy and business objectives as well as professional, personnel, organizational, and financial management of the Spitex department

• Creation, further development, and implementation of professional concepts

• Operation and expansion of a permeable care offering, including management of the necessary projects and process optimizations

• Ensuring legally compliant and efficient care and billing processes

• Controlling quality and productivity

• Representing the interests of SEEBURG (lobbying) and supporting appropriate public relations work

EICHE Nursing and Retirement Home

• Implementation of the strategy and business objectives as well as professional, personnel, organizational, and financial management of the residential care area

• Creation, further development, and implementation of professional concepts

• Operation and expansion of a permeable care offering, including management of the necessary projects and process optimizations

• Ensuring a meaningful and, as far as possible, self-determined daily living for the residents

• Ensuring legally compliant and efficient care and billing processes

• Controlling quality and productivity

• Representing the interests of SEEBURG (lobbying) and supporting appropriate public relations work

What we expect from you

• Completed higher vocational training (tertiary) in psychiatric nursing with relevant leadership experience

• Experience in managing a Spitex

• Experience in long-term care

• High social competence; initiative, solution-oriented, and flexible personality with the ability to drive change and shape innovations

• Very good communication skills, possibly supplemented by foreign language skills

• Very good MS Office skills
