Engadin Airport – the highest airport in Europe

Engadin Airport connects one of the most spectacular tourist regions of the Alps with the whole world. At around 1,700 meters above sea level, we ensure a safe and professional flight operation with passion, precision, and teamwork 365 days a year.

As part of our further development, we are looking for a technically skilled leader with a passion for aviation starting on May 1, 2026 or by arrangement.

YOUR MISSION

• Overall responsibility for infrastructure, machinery, vehicles, and technical systems

• Planning, organization, and monitoring of maintenance, repairs, and periodic inspections of technical facilities including winter service

• Ensuring all safety, quality, and technical standards

• Organization and training of the operational and airport fire brigade

• Further development of fire protection and emergency concepts

• Leadership, deployment, and shift planning as well as development of flight operations staff

• Deputy of the Operational Manager

• Contact person for authorities, external partners, and internal interfaces

WHAT YOU BRING

• Completed technical vocational training

• Several years of leadership experience

• Experience in the maintenance of machinery, systems, or commercial vehicles

• High safety and quality awareness

• Enthusiasm for aviation

• High readiness for deployment and flexibility

• Very good German and good English skills
