What to Expect

You develop solenoid coils with passion and want to work in an environment where your ideas flow directly into series products. You enjoy taking responsibility for safety-related applications and work collaboratively with development, production, and customers.

Your Tasks:

• Management and further development of our solenoid coil portfolio, including series support.

• Approval and specification of explosion-proof solenoid coils and solenoid valves, including special approvals.

• Quality responsibility for explosion-proof devices and conducting root cause analyses for complaints.

• Participation in complex, cross-departmental development projects and customer projects.

• Maintenance of approved technical documents and technical exchange with suppliers and customers.

Your Profile

As a Senior System Engineer for solenoid coils and explosion protection, you are a technically skilled individual who enjoys taking responsibility and keeping an overview of complex requirements. You combine solid expertise in development, design, and quality assurance with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach and joy in series support. Your open, winning personality enables you to collaborate trustfully with internal and external partners – from the development team to customers and certification bodies.

You also bring the following:

• Degree as a FH engineer in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable education, as well as several years of experience with solenoid coils (at least 3 years).

• Experience in the design and simulation of solenoid coils, ideally with Maxwell.

• Knowledge in explosion protection (ATEX / IECEx / UL) or willingness to specifically further educate yourself in this area.

• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, good English skills.

• Analytical, entrepreneurial thinking personality who is curious, bold, and confident, and enjoys working in a team.
