Are you excited to take on a leadership role in the field of sanitary and bathroom renovations and to be a member of the management team, bringing together interesting tasks with motivation?

Responsibilities

• Operational leadership of the sanitary and bathroom renovation department

• Customer contact from concept to commissioning

• Quotation and invoicing

• Responsible for technical, quantitative, and qualitative execution including planning

• Financial controlling of ongoing projects

• Participation in order, construction, and coordination meetings

• Developing renovation proposals for existing systems

• Bathroom planning with visualization

• Leading a well-coordinated and motivated team

You bring the following for this exciting position

• Basic training as a certified sanitary installer

• Advanced skills as a project manager in the sanitary field

• Qualification as a certified sanitary mechanic with additional training as a chief installer or as a building technician with a specialization in sanitary or higher qualifications such as master, technician HF/TS

• Openness and knowledge regarding digitalization

• Enjoyment in leading personnel

• Good German language skills in spoken and written form

• Entrepreneurial thinking and action

• Driver's license category B
