What to expect
You actively acquire new customers and schedule appointments to sell tailored health insurance and pension solutions – your success is rewarded with an attractive commission model.
You advise clients in the agency or at their homes, create customized offers, and perform administrative tasks.
You implement various sales measures, build a broad personal network, and receive referrals.
Your ideas are welcome: you participate in trade fairs and stand actions, representing CONCORDIA on-site.
What you bring
You have already gained experience in a sales-oriented environment and know how to win people over.
You have completed vocational training and hold a Category B driver's license – ensuring you reach your destination safely.
You are outgoing, communicative, and impress with your winning personality – maintaining a strong network and continuously expanding it. Flexible and goal-oriented, you are ready to achieve success together.
You bring commercial knowledge and are proficient with the PC – your German skills, both spoken and written, are impeccable.
You have completed the VBV training or are motivated to do so – we support you in this.
