Your Mission

As the good soul of our marketing team, you ensure that everything runs smoothly – from ordering promotional materials to social media activities to event planning. You hold the strings, coordinate projects, and support the team in all areas of marketing – from traditional advertising to digital marketing campaigns. With your openness and organizational talent, you are the linchpin of our marketing department and ensure that our marketing team remains not only creative but also well-organized as a Marketing Coordinator.

What You Will Achieve with Us:

• Administration: You handle all marketing inquiries, support the TTI Group branches in marketing support, and are the good soul of the marketing department.

• Organization of promotional materials: You select suitable promotional materials, coordinate suppliers, compare offers, check invoices, and ensure smooth processes – from ordering to shipping.

• Graphics & Presentation: You create cool and innovative presentations in Canva or PowerPoint and produce simple print materials using tools like Photoshop or InDesign.

• Social Media & Communication: You assist in creating social media content, recognize trends, test new content formats, and contribute to making our companies in the TTI Group (TTI Austria, TTI Germany, TTI International, IFAS, Berger Personal, Squadra, Jobs Experts & experts4med) more present.

• Events & Actions: You support the planning and organization of TTI Group team events – from the TTI Group Oktoberfest to the TTI Group Kick-off – as well as at recruiting and customer fairs.

• AI & Innovation: You enjoy trying out new AI tools and bringing ideas on how we can make our marketing processes and campaigns in digital marketing smarter.
