To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Head of Vocational Training & Safety and Hazard Protection Officer (80-100%) (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS
Vocational Training: Ensuring vocational basic training according to the legal requirements of our 6 training professions in collaboration with the trainers. You are responsible for apprenticeship marketing and recruitment, and you coordinate and administer vocational training. You support and coach the trainees and trainers and are the point of contact for authorities, schools, and parents.
Further Education and Training: You organize and conduct training in the areas of vocational education and occupational safety, GGBA ADR, etc. Additionally, you support us in implementing, raising awareness, and maintaining the company values and culture.
Safety and Hazard Protection: You are responsible for the implementation and enforcement of the safety concept, prevention of occupational and non-occupational accidents, conducting accident investigations and risk analyses, and taking appropriate measures. In the area of hazard protection, you are responsible for compliance with legal regulations and processes, demanding VOC/CO2 contributions, and checking the conformity of hazardous goods. You are also responsible for emergency organization.
YOUR PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL PROFILE
Completed technical basic training, ideally in a MEM profession
Certificate as a trainer and experience as a trainer or head of vocational training
Further education in the field of safety (e.g., ADR/GGBA and safety officer)
Didactic-methodical and coaching skills
High sense of responsibility and good communication skills
High degree of initiative
High social competence with good assertiveness
