What you can achieve with us
Diverse and varied work: cleaning of stations, platform facilities and roofs, elevators, and track facilities
Responsibility for recycling and winter service
Handling of hazardous materials, maintenance of elements on the platform facilities (ticket machines, parking meters, etc.) and green areas
Control and maintenance of lighting elements in outdoor facilities, speaker control, ZAM control, as well as signal and switch maintenance
Building maintenance and additional tasks such as park control, customer inquiries, and distribution of service mail
What you bring along
Completed vocational training, ideally in operational maintenance, cleaning technology, or another relevant field
Knowledge of the function of various machines for cleaning/maintenance purposes, as well as different systems (ticket machines, elevators, speakers, etc.) is an advantage
Courses on handling hazardous materials, self-protection at work (SstA), and basic cleaning or willingness to complete these
A flexible (weekend work), assertive, and committed personality with good communication skills
Very good German skills (at least B2) are required, English skills are a plus
