YOUR FUTURE TASKS

• You will support Swiss SMEs in the implementation and adaptation of Abacus software, specifically in the area of finance and accounting.

• After a careful and personal introduction, you will take responsibility for "your" project or client mandate. You can count on the collegial support of your colleagues.

• Together with the clients, you will analyze their processes, for example in financial accounting, capture their needs, and document them.

• Subsequently, you will parameterize and implement the tailored software solution at the client’s site.

• Of course, you will also organize and conduct workshops and user training for your clients.

YOUR SKILLS AND STRENGTHS:

• You don’t have to be a software professional yet, but a strong interest in IT and digitalization topics is just as important as a fascination for finance and accounting.

• You quickly grasp connections, enjoy learning new things, and are driven by the ambition to understand your clients' business and provide them with good solutions.

• What do we envision in your educational background? It’s not that simple; many paths lead to us. A commercial education supplemented with a business management qualification at the FH/HF level or a federal diploma is certainly promising. To optimally accompany our clients at eye level, you already bring professional experience in finance and accounting.

• If you have already come into contact with Abacus or other ERP systems, that’s even better. Perhaps as a user in accounting. However, this is not a requirement.

• Your colleagues are looking forward to welcoming a straightforward person who enjoys laughing, even at themselves.
