Team Leader SMT

Your responsibilities:

• Technical and personnel leadership of a team of approximately 16 employees

• Responsibility for the further development of know-how within the department

• Ensuring SMT production including optical inspection AOI while adhering to efficiency and quality standards

• Prioritization of production orders on the assembly lines according to ERP and in consultation with the production planner

• Implementation of technical requirements in production processes as well as environmental and safety regulations

• Staff deployment planning (2 to 3 shift operation)

• Close collaboration with process engineering

• Operational responsibility for the machinery, including maintenance

• Operational responsibility for the SMT material warehouse

What will convince us:

• Completed vocational training as an electronics technician EFZ or automation technician with additional training as a technician

• Good mechanical as well as good IT knowledge

• Several years of experience in SMT production and leadership experience as a team leader

• Committed and resilient personality with a passion for production operations

• High quality awareness and quick comprehension

• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
