Career Advisor IV Measures (m/f/d) 40 - 60%

What you will achieve:

• On behalf of the IV offices, you will accompany our participants in the integration process in a resource- and solution-oriented manner

• Consultation and support for insured persons with the priority goal of integration or reintegration into the open labor market

• Career, study, and career counseling for youth and adults

• Integration measures to prepare for entry or re-entry into working life

• Support and advice for insured persons and employers

• Active networking with employers and other relevant partners

• Accompanying initial vocational training and retraining

• Early intervention to prevent potential long-term incapacity for work

• Close collaboration with the IV Measures team of TRINAMO AG

What you bring:

• Completed vocational training as a career, study, and career advisor mandatory

• Knowledge of processes in private sector production or service companies

• Experience in the field of labor integration and social insurance, especially in the benefits area of IV

• Interest in working with people with disabilities and understanding of their professional and social situation

• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and fieldwork

• Targeted and resource-oriented consulting understanding as well as a confident and well-groomed appearance
