• You have completed a commercial training (technical merchant) or comparable.

• You have already gained at least 1 year of initial experience in back office and know what matters.

• You are an orderly person and record relevant information carefully, accurately, and understandably. Your joy in IT tools helps you.

• You are friendly, outgoing, reliable, and persistent – and help ensure that our clients can rely on us.

• You are interested in business processes (Order to Cash process) and the efficient handling of accounts receivable and payable.

• Your communication is clear and understandable. In addition to German, you also bring French language skills.

• Self-organization is your strength: You take responsibility and enjoy shaping your workday independently and proactively.

What you can look forward to.

• You belong to two central areas – Sales and Finance – and actively participate in the entire process. Your focus is on Sales.

• As a valuable member of the Sales team, you reliably support our Account Executives in all administrative matters.

• In direct contact with our clients, you independently handle inquiries or forward them appropriately.

• You assist in creating and processing offers and orders – carefully and on time.

• You ensure that master data is current, correct, and complete in our CRM system (HubSpot).

• You actively support customer inquiries and document your work steps understandably (Jira and OMNITRACKER).

• And last but not least: Your structured and reliable nature is also applied in Finance – for example, in the timely and accurate processing of our accounts receivable and payable.
