To strengthen our customer service at our headquarters in Baden, we are looking for committed individuals as Customer Advisor (m/f/d) 100% in the office starting immediately or by arrangement.
Responsibilities
Customer Consultation: You provide personal and telephone advice to our insured individuals on all questions regarding our products and services.
Support for myAquilana: You assist and support our customers in using our digital platforms.
Quotations and Correspondence: You create quotations and process applications as well as changes.
Customer Base Maintenance: You are responsible for the active maintenance of our customer base and support customer- and market-specific actions.
Requirements
Education: You have completed a commercial or equivalent basic training.
Professional Experience: You have several years of professional experience, ideally in social or private health insurance. This position is also ideal for ambitious career changers who are eager to learn new topics.
Digital Affinity: You are open to digital topics and possess strong technical skills. Your excellent MS Office skills are a given.
Language Skills: You have confident German language skills in spoken and written form; good Italian skills are an advantage; French skills would be an additional plus.
Customer Orientation: You value solution-oriented and friendly customer service. Both personal and telephone consultation bring you joy.
Flexibility and Resilience: You are resilient and flexible, especially during seasonal peak loads.
