Your tasks

• You take over the local construction management and lead the contractors involved from the start of construction to the completion of the project work.

• You coordinate all trades and monitor the workflows regarding deadlines and quality.

• You lead the contractors involved in the construction as well as meetings with various stakeholders, including negotiation of offers with contractors.

• You are the point of contact for external and internal clients, architects, specialist planners, authorities, contractors, and craftsmen.

What distinguishes you

• Thanks to your training as a federal certified construction manager, certified technician HF in civil engineering, or a comparable qualification, you know how to manage construction sites effectively.

• With your several years of professional experience, you have successfully executed projects in Switzerland and acquired extensive expertise.

• SIA standards are not a mystery to you.

• You don’t have to be a digital nerd, but you should be a bit of a fan of innovation and digital tools (MS Office and construction administration programs, e.g., Provis, Bluebeam, Dalux).

• When it comes to negotiations and coordination of various stakeholders, you excel.

• You appreciate collaboration with various stakeholders in an innovative environment.
