Team Leader SAP Business and Processes (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
By specifically further developing the SAP processes, you will create a stable foundation on which our international business areas can work faster, more transparently, and with a future-oriented approach.
The tasks include:
Leading the SAP Business & Processes team
Analysis, design, and customizing of business processes with a focus on SAP SD / CS
Ensuring SAP operations, system availability, and user support
Planning and implementing projects in collaboration with departments and external partners
Further development of our SAP S/4HANA environment within the framework of the IT/Digital strategy
Collaboration between IT, business, the 12 subsidiaries, and the SAP key user community
What you bring
Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, or business administration.
Several years of experience in the SAP environment, ideally in a leadership or project management role
In-depth process and customizing knowledge in SAP logistics processes (SD/CS or LoB: Sales & Service)
Experience in project management and change management (waterfall & agile methods).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Very good German and English skills.
