Your area of responsibility
As the branch manager of our location in Münchwilen TG, you will take on the responsibility for the sales area of East Switzerland. You will actively shape the location, implement our corporate strategy, and contribute your own ideas to further develop the market position and team.
With your agricultural expertise and strong service orientation, you will gain the trust of our customers and shape stable outfitting projects. Depending on your area of experience, your focus will be on consulting and sales or on operational project execution. As a natural and motivating leader, you will lead a dedicated team from both internal and external services as well as logistics. In this key role, you will represent Krieger AG both internally and externally.
Your profile
Personal connection to agriculture and enjoyment of the industry
Completed training or further education in agriculture, technology, construction, or business administration
Experience in employee leadership and team organization
Strong communication skills, service-oriented, and convincing in appearance
Proficient in using digital tools (MS Office, ERP is an advantage)
Independent, responsible, and implementation-oriented personality
