You rock this

You take on all HR tasks together with your team members, from employee administration to social security administration to payroll accounting.
You are co-responsible for recruiting new employees in close collaboration with supervisors and manage our candidate pool.
You support our employees from hiring to departure and accompany them at every step of their professional journey – with appreciation and commitment.
You take responsibility for the apprenticeship program of NSNW.
Optimizing internal processes and participating in internal projects is a welcome challenge for you.

What you can do and how you are

You stay cool even in hectic situations, respond responsibly, think analytically, and act decisively.
You can be relied upon. You are a team player and listen to the opinions of others, while also being self-confident and able to articulate your points effectively.
Modern communication technology and IT are fun for you.
You have a commercial basic education and further training as an HR officer (a) and already bring professional experience.
You are interested in all HR topics, from payroll accounting to labor law to social security.
