For our living group in the Elderly Center Adlergarten, which offers a well-kept home for around 160 residents, we are looking for immediately or by agreement a competent and cheerful personality. Become part of our team and help to positively shape the lives of our residents at the Elderly Center Adlergarten!
Your tasks
Needs- and resource-oriented, individual care and support in the key person system
Responsible for a contemporary care process
Analyzing complex care situations, initiating measures and evaluating them
Contributing to the development of care quality and the living group
Deployment in early, late, and night shifts
Your profile
Training as a Dipl. Nurse HF or FH
High social competence, teamwork skills, flexibility, and resilience
Goal-oriented, independent, and service-oriented working style
Very good oral and written German skills, understanding of Swiss German
Good PC user skills and, if possible, experience in electronic resident documentation (preferably with BESA knowledge)
