Your Tasks
Processing IT tickets (phone, email, ticket system)
Initial error analysis and resolution for hardware, software, and network issues
User management (accounts & access rights)
Documentation of solutions and standard issues
Escalation of complex issues to 2nd/3rd level
Employee training and IT support (e.g., Office, email, ERP)
Provisioning of new Windows PCs and standard software
Support for smartphones, time tracking, and DECT devices
Participation in IT projects
Your Talents & Experience
Completed IT basic training or equivalent qualification
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Office, networks, and hardware
Basic knowledge of IT security (password policies, phishing, malware)
Service and solution-oriented work
Good communication and teamwork skills
Resilience and high willingness to learn
Language skills: Very good German, basic English for technical documentation, and French is an advantage
Flexibility for occasional on-call duty and mobility - driver's license is an advantage
