What you will achieve
Support our clients with their diverse IT services focusing on Microsoft Cloud (M365 / Azure)
Collaboration in cloud and infrastructure projects
Maintenance, upkeep, and operation of client systems
Assignments for our clients in the IT engineering field
2nd & 3rd level support assistance
Creating and maintaining inventory, documentation, and manuals
Support for our service desk
Why you will succeed
You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist in systems technology
Experience in IT systems technology (server, client, network)
Good knowledge of server basic services (AD, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
Good knowledge of Windows products (Windows Client & Server OS)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Cloud infrastructure (M365 / Azure)
Willingness to learn new things and joy in innovations
Committed personality with the readiness to actively contribute
High customer orientation, teamwork, and flexibility
Fluent German as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
