As a service technician, you work independently in your deployment region in the field. You have a varied day and work daily in direct contact with customers.

Tasks:

• Conducting fault analyses and repair work on our large appliances in the kitchen and laundry area at our customers' locations

• Advising customers on the use and operation of our devices, as well as suitable accessories and warranties

• Creating cost estimates, new offers, and reports via laptop

• Independently managing the inventory in the service vehicle to ensure completeness for the next deployment

What you bring:

• Training as an electrician, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, automotive diagnostician, automation technician or similar

• Connection authorization according to Art. 15 NIV is an advantage

• Driving license category B

• Residence in the mentioned deployment region
