Full-time Vocational Trainer in Nursing (50 - 100%)

cura unita glarus is an integrated service provider operating senior centers in Netstal, Glarus, and Ennenda, as well as Spitex Glarus. The senior centers provide a home for up to 188 residents with varying care needs. Spitex allows people in need of assistance and care to remain in their familiar environment for as long as possible. We employ over 230 staff members, including 30 trainees, and offer them an attractive workplace.

To complement our team, we are looking for a:

Full-time Vocational Trainer in Care (50-100%)

Your tasks:

• Accompanying and supporting trainees (FaGe EFZ, AGS EBA) and nursing students during their internships

• Planning, implementing, and documenting individual learning processes

• Actively participating in training completions and promoting practical competence

• Advising teams on training matters and co-responsibility for the introduction of new trainees

• Close collaboration with the training manager in nursing and co-designing the further development of the departments

Your profile:

• Completed training as a qualified nursing specialist HF

• At least one year of professional experience in the nursing field

• Pedagogical further training (SVEB) is an advantage or willingness to undergo further training

• Ideally experience as a day companion

• Strong professional and social competence, team-oriented and communicative

• Responsible, structured, and confident in using office applications
