Head of Planning and Construction 80-100%, Member of the Executive Board
Your Tasks
Overall responsibility for the Planning and Construction department, including urban planning, building construction, mobility, energy, and real estate with around 20 employees
Direct leadership of the four department heads
Advisory partner within the department for conceptual and technical questions
Consultation and support of the department head as well as technical and political committees
Responsibility for multi-year planning of projects and tasks, including participation in budgeting and financial planning
As a member of the executive board: Co-responsibility for the management and further development of the city administration
Our Offer




You are characterized by
solid education and training (e.g., construction or planning law, business administration with experience and/or further training in planning and construction law)
several years of professional and leadership experience, preferably in public administration
project management experience is an advantage
resilient personality with foresight and an entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting
empathetic and communicatively confident appearance in political and public environments
