Healthcare Specialist (50 %), Neumarkt Retirement Center

The Aging and Care department of the city of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of Winterthur in its five retirement centers and through Spitex.

For our long-term care at the Neumarkt Retirement Center, which provides a well-maintained home for around 65 residents, we are looking for a reliable individual starting February 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Your Responsibilities

• Resource-oriented care, support, and promotion of residents according to the care process

• Role as a primary contact person

• Taking responsibility for daily activities including planning, organization,

• Execution, delegation, and evaluation of activities

• Performing administrative and logistical tasks

• Assuming daily responsibility in the living group

Your Profile

• Healthcare Specialist EFZ or equivalent SRK recognition for a foreign qualification!

• Independent, resilient, and responsible personality

• Commitment and joy in the field of long-term care

• Good PC user skills

• Very good oral and written German skills
