Responsible Nursing Specialist for the Living Group 3 at Haus Gürbeblick

In our innovative senior center, we organize ourselves according to the tripod principle. At the living group level, this means that a living group leader is responsible for management tasks such as work schedules, employee discussions, etc. As the responsible specialist, you will oversee the professional leadership, and the third leg is vocational training.

Your tasks:

• You work in direct care on WG 3 with 13 residents and take on daily responsibility. To fulfill your specialist and leadership tasks and to take on house responsibility several times a month, you will have office days.

• You are responsible for ensuring competent and tailored care and support on WG 3 at Haus Gürbeblick. You will be supported by Intercare nurses.

• You provide professional advice to the team and offer support in complex situations.

• Together with the other responsible specialists, the subject expert, and the Intercare nurses, you are responsible for the further development, assurance, and evaluation of care quality in the house.

• You are responsible for care needs assessments (currently according to BESA, from March 2026 according to InterRAI) in your living group, and you will lead the process and documentation in careCoach at the departmental level professionally.
