Head of Recycling Site (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
Leading a recycling employee
Optional supervision of trainee recyclers
Ensuring smooth work processes at the recycling site and optimizing them
Organizing resources and controlling technical processes in the operation
Monitoring and ensuring safety and accident prevention regulations
Controlling and being responsible for the correct goods receipt control process, goods acceptance, and allocation during material loading
Creating inventory and stock lists
Performing minor repair and maintenance work
Adhering to, implementing, and controlling the targets set by management
Assisting in daily operations:
Operating mobile and stationary machines (cable granulation plant, alligator shear, and cable slitting machine)
Dismantling and sorting non-ferrous metals to their purity
Loading and unloading vehicles with the forklift and handling equipment
Your Profile
Completed training in the recycling sector
Training as a vocational trainer is an advantage
Innovative personality with a strong affinity for IT
Good physical resilience, teamwork skills, and high reliability
Experience in employee management is an advantage
Very good oral and written German skills
Driving license category B
Forklift license
