Your tasks

• Leadership responsibility for one employee in the technical service

• Co-responsibility in the budget process and responsibility for compliance

• Responsibility for planning and executing maintenance and repair work

• Maintenance and upkeep of buildings, furniture, outdoor facilities, and disposal

• Responsible for occupational health and safety with all SIBE tasks

• Commissioning, coordination, and control of external service providers

• Responsible for material procurement and inventory management

• Participation in department head meetings and ERFA groups

• Willingness to be on call

Your profile

• Training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ or a completed craft/technical training with several years of successful professional experience

• Further training as a maintenance specialist FA or a comparable qualification

• Good practical skills and technical understanding

• A reliable and independent working style

• Experience and enjoyment in working with elderly people and in a social environment

• Entrepreneurial and customer-oriented thinking and acting

• Completed training as a safety officer (SIBE) desired

• Good Office skills

• Open to further training

• Leadership experience, high social competence, and organizational skills
