Your tasks
Co-responsibility for the implementation of the mission statement of Liebenau Switzerland non-profit AG
Responsibility for the professional, personnel, and organizational management of the Care, Support, and Activation area
Ensuring needs-based, contemporary, and high-quality care and support as well as the documentation and billing of the provided care services (BESA)
Promoting a respectful, resource-oriented, and customer-oriented attitude throughout the team
Co-responsibility for successful interdisciplinary collaboration
Ensuring high employee satisfaction and training quality
Participation in the strategic and operational further development of the institution
Responsibility for budget compliance and active participation in the budgeting process
Deputizing for the institutional management in their absence
Your profile
Diploma in nursing HF/FH or equivalent training, supplemented with management training
Several years of leadership experience in the care and/or support sector
Leadership personality with pronounced social competence and role model function
Enjoyment in the further development of people, structures, and processes
Pronounced organizational talent and business understanding
Identification with the values of Liebenau Bussnang: humanity, quality, and sustainability
